Flexy began with one simple idea that property deals should not stall because a bank is inflexible or cannot move in time. Our founder, Callum McKenzie, started as a property trader and scaled up quickly, buying and selling more than fifty properties in just two years. He scaled at that pace by tapping into private capital sources not usually available to everyday investors. That experience made one thing clear: the market needed a lender built by someone who had been in the trenches. So he set out to build Flexy. Today Flexy runs as a tight outfit. Callum leads the lending desk, our operations administrator keeps every detail humming, AML contractors screen every borrower, and our experienced solicitors manage loan documentation and settlements. Our broker network and partner lenders regularly send us deals that don't fit into a little box, and our trading clients work with us daily to asset fund their next purchases. When you need quick equity to settle a purchase, finish a renovation, or plug a cash‑flow gap, Flexy speaks your language. We look at the asset, the exit plan, and the timeline, then give you an answer in hours instead of weeks.

We are not a peer‑to‑peer platform that earns a fee the moment a loan is placed. We earn returns only when the loan performs.
Scaling fast is not our goal. Protecting capital is. Every deal must have a clear, time‑bound exit such as a sale, refinance, or GST refund. Maximum LVR is capped, GSAs and guarantees held, and legal security is watertight. We would rather decline a marginal deal than chase volume.
How we fund each loan

Flexy money first
Every approval starts on our own balance sheet. We assess every deal and underwrite every loan from our own in-house capital.

Investor capital
Only after the loan is funded do we offer the investment to a small circle of private wholesale investors who value security and transparency.

First-loss provisions
Flexy keeps a one‑hundred‑thousand‑dollar reserve that absorbs any loss before investor capital is touched, provided the funds are not already committed.
